Oakland County Poor-excuses

I wanted to share this staue with you:

750.411i Definitions; aggravated stalking; circumstances; violation as felony; penalty; probation; additional conditions of probation; effect of continued course of conduct; rebuttable presumption; additional penalty.

(f) “Unconsented contact” means any contact with another individual that is initiated or continued without that individual's consent or in disregard of that individual's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Unconsented contact includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:

(c) The course of conduct includes the making of 1 or more credible threats against the victim, a member of the victim's family, or another individual living in the same household as the victim.

When I was first convicted of Stalking Steve Wittebort, I had a very hard time with it.  Like I said, I knew that ir was a farce, but how an office that is sppoes to be committed to justice actually convict a person of a crime they did not commit....Whew, that's a hard pill to swallow.  My life was sent into a tail spin and I couldn't believe the Judge when she said I had to go to prison.  It had been two years since my last letter to Steve, and a year since my conviction when I had walked past his house.  I never said that I would kill him or broke the windows out of his car.  I saw him at the gym almost everyday and didn't talk to him.  He was getting my letters and never said, "Lesley, what's up with those letters.  Don't send me anymore."  He just allowed the behavior to continue over the next seven (7) months.

I let so much pass, and road out the whole ordeal lost and ignorant.  Now that I read the statue, it says that you have to have a viable threat.  Plus, it now says I did have a "Bench" trial, which any lawyer would tell you was a "slow plea".  There was so little I could have done to save myself. I had to do that time, so blind and so taken advantage of.  The word I want to use more than anything is Railroaded. When you tumble, like I have said, you have no idea where you will land.  I tumbled for two years, but I ain't going to tumble this time.

In my trial my lawyer, William Cataldo, who is now lead Prosecutor for Homicide in Macomb County made a "Bench Trial" seem the way to go.  Believe it or not, I was still holding out hope that Steve wasn't playing me dirty.  I thought that if I had a trial by Judge she would make a fair and honest choice.  She did, in favor of Steve.  With my conviction, he was drug-free.  Free of my brother and his friends drug dealing.  Collen O'Brien is a pro-cop Judge.  She found me guilty in less then two weeks, just long enough to type up her decision.  I left the court room knowing exactly what the verdict would be I even said it out loud to my "lawyer".
During my trial, Steve got to say whatever he wanted about me.  It was his life and career that was on the line.  In the same steed as Channel 4 News, nobody mentioned my accomplishments or life.  No one mentioned the fact that I was a college student getting all A's.  No one mention that during my so-called crime I was not only a college student, but an employee at Sears working 35-40 hours a week.  No one spoke of another relationship I had been involved on with a co-worker during the letter writing.  Nope, all that was said is that I wrote seven (7) letters and he said that he was afraid.

A six (6) foot 225 pound police detective, with a 9mm and a 45 pound German Shepard who was very vicious on command.  Armed with a paper and pen, I was "single handedly" terrorizing a man who had come to my job seven years before to ask me for a date.  Who pointed at me outside my home and sated, "Lesley, you know I know you!"  Suddenly didn't want to know me at all.  He sent me to prison and now they think I'm going through that all over again.

I just saw a news report that Oakland County Prosecutors are going to prosecute a man for hacking into his wife's e-mail.  I'm shaking my head that they don't have bigger fish to fry.  How can they be so petty, and how can they swear a warrant out for me for trying to file a complaint.  Valard Gross is a public official, ad is subject to public scrutiny as well as his space being invaded by the citizens he swore to protect and serve.  Eight years ago when this all started, I was a dumb person.  I had no idea what the law was, and what I did research to find out, they altered and ignored as truth.  But you can just guess who went to the Prosecutor and swore the warrant for me in 2002.  You guess it, Paul "Pancho" McDougal.  I wonder if he's the person who asked for this latest warrant.  There was another guy at my arraignment, but he did that the last time.  He swore out the warrant, but had someone else question me and go to court.  Remember, he thinks he's slick...Being responsible for young women dying the way he is.  He likes to throw bricks and hide behind buildings.

I'm not going to tell you that Oakland County Prosecutor's Office has gone straight to the dogs.  They are not into protecting thier citizens at all.  Jessica Cooper, who isn't my favorite person for trying to send a man back to prison after he spent 20+ years there, and was released on parole rightfully.  She has never been to prison, neither does she know one bit of the trials a man or woman must face there.  To send a man to prison for checking his wifes e-mail is hilarious.  Steve has hacked my entire internet life.  Everyone does that, and if that's the case Elin Woods should be in prison, instead of a newly multi-millionaire.  People personal lives are their business.  Next, she'll be trying to send people to prison on Adultery, but the men of Oakland County will have something to say about that.

It seems with the economy being the way it is she and her "people" will have something more to do.  Then I remember that most police departments are fighting lay-offs and are severely undermanned.  Usually, crime is up in these kinds of periods in America, but they have also hit Law Enforcement really hard, too.  They must not be getting the kind of case loads they need in order to seem busy.  They should just lay-off some of those Prosecutors, because when the County's real numbers come to realization they are going to let some go anyway.  L. Brooks Patterson's accounting reminds me of that of Walter Moore that was suppose to have left us 3 million dollars in the black.  That was shotty accounting, and was more like how much he stole than how much he left us with.

Back to my case, if I don't get a proper lawyer, I'm waving my prelim and going straight to 1200 North Telegraph for a jury trial.  Then I want our so-called leader to come to court and tell his lies under oath, because I have a few things to say of my own that aren't lies.  All I was trying to do, is make a valid complaint on Paul McDougal.  He received my letter on the 20th, it was sent certified, with a return receipt and restricted.  that means only he cold sign for it.  But he knew what I was trying to reach him for, because I was on Channel 20, the Pubic Access station and told the whole city what my problem was and that Paul McDougal was it.  When I came to see him at the Night Riders, he never told me not to look for him.  He made an appointment with me.  I called and when he didn't return my phone calls, I sent the letter.

In all of his his pettiness, he is the one that is psychologically disturbed.  There is a psychology to Stalking and I have never fit that bill.  Stalkers are insecure, suffer from low-self esteem, they usually suffer from depression, nymphomania and drug addiction.  They usually go from relationship to relationship looking to fill some void in their lives that is missing.  It's safe to say that I don't suffer from any of that.  I am very self-assured, confidant and don't abuse drugs, alcohol or sex.  I have had relationships with ten men in this city, and none of them have a problem with coming back.  I will ask each and everyone to court when I go.  Because these police and prosecutors are guilty of the worse character assassination in history.  I have had men and none of them were Steve Wittebort or Valard Gross.  Isn't Stalking a domestic crime?

And since I went to Ronda Fowlkes Gross' home and job, shouldn't she be filing police reports and PPO's against me?  Why is it that Val is making these charges, after one conversation at the Night Riders.  Remember, he never showed up at 50th District Court that Monday.  He just needs to try and not be a drug dealing cop, but he is a drug dealing cop.  So what's his point?  Like I said, "He ain't Steve."  I know why they are keeping Steve away from Pontiac, Val is the top boss, and the top crook.  He would would destroy his life and career for sure.  I know he's not going to try to say that I followed him around, called his home or sent him letters or e-mails.  My log on my computer will let everybody know where I was, and my Facebook friends will tell you I'm always here (at home).  A quick look at my computers fingerprint will tell you that.  Our phone is tapped, and not only does the PPD hear our conversations, but the FBI does, too.  My car has a GPS attached to it, and they know everywhere I go.  So now what, the Feds know if he says anything that is a lie and they aren't going to let it stand.

Furthermore, for bringing these bogus charges Jessica Cooper and her cronies should also be investigated for corruption.  I wrote my last letter in September of 2002, and I went passed Steve's house in November 2004.  That's at the least 6 years that I have been crime-free.  I have not and actually have never been in an abusive relationship, or had any of my exes accuse me of Stalking them.  Now that my brother is a convicted dealer, any cop that I have ever known will charge me with Stalking him?  That's bullshit.  Believe me, I'm not letting it go this time.  I'm a human being with feeling, and a citizen with rights.  Now, I have to campaign for another person to be thrown out of office.  First L. Brooks Patterson and now Jessica Cooper.  Is it 2012 yet?

Murder and the Pontiac Police Department

The eyes of a murderer
I met Machekia Robinson at HQ.  If you remember, I said I worked there in the summer of 1996.  I was her supervisor.  I told of how they were robbing that company blind, too.  They were building entire houses out of that place.  When I was made a supervisor it was a fluke.  One of the Managers there named Patrick hated the choice, because I wasn't getting high or stealing from the company.  When the new manager a woman named Terri came there, she did her job.  She went through the paper work and found the best candidate to run her Customer Service Desk.  I was chosen along with the neurotic chick I told you about, Tami.  There was a true battle going on with the new manager, his harem and the thieves.  I don't have to tell you that I saw many of the faces there that I had seen at Sear a few years later.  It was just getting started, but the one family that was a constant was the Chambers; of course.

Machekia was very quiet, and didn't give me any trouble.  A few of the women there were really upset with my new promotion, and the idea that I wasn't willing to flick the key and give them money.  Some took long lunch breaks, ans threw off my break schedule, while others simply disregarded my instructions all together.  Whatever she did I would ignore, and was actually relieved when she would come to work.  It seemed that she had bigger fish to fry and could care less who her "lead" was .  She didn't want the job so what did it matter.

So when I heard of her unfortunate death I was shocked.  I knew that she liked money and nice things, but she was so quiet with it.  She didn't ever talk hardly and seemed to be more into herself than any one else.  She was pretty and would blush when people talked to her.  I couldn't believe that someone would murder her, and in such a vicious and gory manner.  This man who hadn't seen her in years had killed not only her, but her children, too.  Then I heard that he was ACCIDENTALLY let out on parole.  How does the State let a man out on accident, who then turns around and kills his ex-wife.  I know I should be afraid, but it must be said.  I don't believe it, and I believe someone let him out on purpose to murder her!

While working at HQ Machekia had started going with this guy named Rasheed, who drove this raggedy car.  He was knee deep in the racket at HQ, too.  He would have young boys come and steal car phones, purses and anything else people had sitting in there car while they shopped.  He helped people take their things to their cars, loaded heavy materials and collected our carts.  While out there, if he saw a customer was stupid enough to leave valuables in "smash ans grab" reach, he'd call his boys.  Boys who looked 11 or 12 would come into the parking lot and snatch it.  They stole my car radio out of my car while I was working.  Nothing or no one was safe.  Like I said, there is no honor amongst thieves.

So I know she was in on "the game", but it wasn't written all over her face.  She was so quiet and lady like, although I'm sure she had her faults, we all do.  I just don't understand how he could be so angry so quick.  I really don't know how he could murder her and her children, in such a wave of rage.  It seems that he was worked up, before he even got to town.  I just want to know why someone would want a woman like her dead.  I couldn't help but think about the people who we had contact with during our job at HQ.

Again, not only did I see the same people at Sears that I saw at Concord, Girl Scouts, Sports Authority and Salvation Army, but the same managers and employees.  It's a racket of such large proportion that I was shocked to see the same faces passing through.  They all know one another and travel in the same circles, like this great big clique.  All of these people having relationship to the other in the same group.  They marry each other, and cheat with one another.  Their children grow up together and their a hierarchy of these relationships.  Honestly, I must say that the drug dealers have very little to do with them.  I didn't see too many of them hanging around at all.  It was the "Poor White and Black Trash" that were struggling with a drug habit.  Sure some of them get a hold of a decent job in it all, but mostly they are either second-generation educated, good fakers or just plain old poor.  There is no other way to put it.  Sure, some of them are lawyers, Judges and even Law Enforcement Personell.  But they are all second generation working-class.

They don't have a cushion to fall back on, and are from some street type of background, and that's where their drug addiction comes from.  It's their lacking in their up bringing that causes them to want more, in order to do more, drugs, high-class living and so on.  Many of them come from dysfunctional homes, with alcoholic parents and of course drugs.  So, it is not too hard for me to believe that they are capable of murder to continue this lifestyle.  Like me, they will find a way to keep their secrets and have people everywhere.  That includes State and Federal government.  That's obvious to me in the case of Machekia, because someone let that man out to kill her!
Torrie Emery
This isn't the first time that I believe that members of law enforcement have been the direct cause of a person's death.  This summer a young woman was murdered by another young woman on a Facebook Freud.  Paul McDougal, a Pontiac Police Officer whom I have no great love for was the officer on the scene at the murder of Alesha Abernathy.   I hear that he followed the women through the town, before Abernathy was forced out into the middle of Woodward Avenue.  The news report says he was, "just passing by", but that was a big coincidence.  Especially since just a few months before, I had spoke to my City Councilperson about is abuse of my ex-best friend Patricia Sanchez.  I can also remember him sitting in the courtroom, just before a hearing in the Machekia Robinson case.

When I look back over the case in the Oakland Press and on-line, he is not mentioned as one of the detectives on the case.  So why is he there?  When they showed his picture, I wanted to call the police station and warn them that he shouldn't be working the case, because he is an abuser himself.  If it were to ever be found out, Franklin would have cause for an appeal, new trial or even worse his conviction overturned.  As I read the articles, he swears he is innocent.  What if Paul had worked the case, he might be able to make a stand on his filthy activities before he became a cop.  What about my complaint, and subsequent re-arrest for stalking?  Did Torrie Emery do him a favor and harass that girl, so he could "just pass by"?  Her cousin Day-Day, an unrevealed homosexual was the one asking for McDonald's the way I hear the story.

What is the chance that these people met at that place coincidentally, days after she went to the Pontiac Police to complain about being harassed.  even more suspicious to me is how Paul McDougal just shows up.  But like I said he didn't just show up, and was behind them the whole time they were on the chase through the streets of Pontiac.  That's not only "fishy" but down right wrong.  I think he did it for attention and the chance to get that rush he got when talking that man out of that house.  I think he did it for the kudos and pats on the back that gave him the notoriety of the cop he is not.  With my complaint and people in the city knowing of his past indiscretions, I think he wanted to show them that he was still a hero.  He contrived the whole scenario to boost his ego, his "juice" on the PPD and make people believe that he's not the monster I say he is.

He brought Patricia up on child support.  During their entire relationship, she helped him raise their children with the aid of Public Assistance.  He ate off her food stamps, paid his car insurance with money meant to pay  his children's rent and buy them clothes.  She stole a single sweater from Lord and Taylor's and got a felony record and probation.  I think that was way more for that kind of petty crime.  Now she won't step foot in Oakland County even to see her own children, because she is arrested whenever she is here.  He is a dirty bastard of the highest esteem.  That's why I believe that he had a part in both of these murders.  That's why I think that the Pontiac Police has their hands so filthy they couldn't possibly come clean.  This man does whatever he wants to do, and now the Chief of Police has set his life and career on the line for him.

What kind of people are these?  These are the people that we have set in place to protect our homes, our families and our very lives.  They have perverted the very system that is in place to do that and used it for ther own personal gain.  They are taking part in the murder of our women and children, people at DHS are allowing pedophiles to molest our children, people at the State level are letting men out of prison to come home and murder our citizens.  This is so deep that I can't imagine how anyone could condone such violence through manipulation and wrong doing.

I don't know who had beef with Robinson or Franklin.  It just scares me the way Paul was hanging around the whole affair when he wasn't a detective on the case.  Good for the Prosecutor, because that would cause huge problems for their conviction when the truth comes out.  Not only is the whole thing sick, but wrong on so many levels, because her children also lost their lives in the fury of some "beef" between them and th PPD.  I think if Valard Gross has been protecting people like Paul all of this time, he should have been gone a long time ago!  Oh, Val has my complaint I got the return receipt the other day.  When his fake charge of stalking is dismissed, I wonder what the City of Pontiac is going to do with that complaint, because it clear that the police department is inept.  It's being ran by a bunch of drug dealing, homosexual....MURDERERS

Robbing Sears and Robbing the Yak

"Where Pontiac Leaders shop for free stuff"

When I first went to work at Sears in 1994, it was a set-up.  I had a cousin who was doing time in prison for "Attempted Murder".  As part of the deal, his sister had to bring me to Sears to work.  First, she came to get me and did my nails, and hung out with me for a couple of weekends.  In about a month, she called me for the job.  I was coming off a very rough three years.  Patricia had moved back to Detroit, and I was literally sitting around the house getting fat.  I hadn't worked in nearly three and a half years, and it was time.  I jumped at the chance, dug into my closet for bigger clothes and started work.

I had begun working for the Federal Government then without knowing it.  Sears had finally come to the realization that it was their employees who was the reason for most of their loss.  They would and still are backing  trucks into their dock and driving away with millions of dollars in merchandise a year.  It's safe to say that with all they steal the majority of these goods go into their nose, or up in a crack pipe.  This stealing does very little for their pockets, but for their drug habit.  I had this job that allowed me to roam the store that made a lot of people really nervous.  I stayed there for a year and something and it was my time to move on.  Batey had gotten a grip on the mostly White employees who were robbing them blind, and they were vanishing swiftly.  I went on to other employers, where I found out that this city was just one big racket that grew and prospered the most under Walter Moore.  He was the biggest crackhead Mayor we had, and at this time in Pontiac's history GM was booming and the money was overflowing.  Sadly so was the spread of crack in the city.

So in between both my Sears jobs, I was given the task of working for various other highly illegally lucrative jobs.  They included Concord, they stole out there so much that the man gave the location over to Rite Aid.  The woman there Michelle supplied all the barbers in the city with their supplies.  Plus, a lot of the local bars with their liquor and this included the Night Riders where I found Val Gross on that Saturday.  The alarm on the back door was always going off, because before I got there they just took it through the front door.  I wasn't innocent in the whole Concord thing, but I felt so guilty that when I left I met with the owner Alan and told him everything.

That's when they knew I was seriously not a thief.  That's when my job became to be the voice that exposed the wrong doing in this city by it's leaders.  I went to HQ next at the old Miracle Miles.  I don't have to tell you that they were building entire houses out of that place.  I met so many people that are now on "the list" and even one cop; Ed.  I was working with the right team, but on that team was a neurotic chick named Tami.  She made working there hard with her inability to do the job, but wanting to be more than me on the job.  I was the real boss and best at the job.  She was having sex with the boss,  along with five other women who worked there and I just gave up and left.  Needless to say when I left Ed saw me and went back and gave a stellar report for my demise.  More on him to come.

Then it was Girl Scouts to Salvation Army, and I told you about them.  Then it was back to Sears, and the ultimate thieves.  Now these people are very serious about their stealing. They include  Waterford Police, Pontiac Police, Oakland County Sheriffs and local leaders, officials and judges.  No one surprised me after a while and I just took notes on who.  Two months before I started my brother had been indicted, and they were all weary of me, but I was ignorant of my purpose.  Honestly, like Clarice Starling, if I would have come in there with an agenda, they would have smelled it a mile away.  I knew from working at Sports Authority, where I met Scott Erickson, Oakland County Sheriff that Sporting Goods was key!  He was stealing illegal fire arms, but the real money walked out the door in big boxes.  Treadmills, pool tables, air hockey tables, ping pong tables and bikes.  I went to Sears to work in Sporting Goods and stop the bleeding.

I told you about Marvin Goodwin, sports writer for the Oakland Press.  He has been there 20 years or more now, and been stealing all that time.  Pat Powell, Connie Hooks and Shawn Accord-Scarpelli, whose husband is also an Oakland County Sheriff's Deputy.  All Batey did for African-Americas was make them the lead theives in the game at Sears.  Nothing has changed, and I went to the store the other day to see a friend and there was a 18 wheeler pulled up to the dock robbing th store blind.  Since I been writing at my table I'm sure it has slowed down.  But most of the big players have been either replaced or fired or just gone.  Here are some of the faces I saw there.  Many came in to buy things in an attempt to mask their stealing, but like I said my brother had told me who they all were.  They include:

Pam Chambers - PPD                                    Douglas Jones - Pastor
Jeff Smith - PPD                                             William H. Murphy - Pastor
Adrian Burns - Girl Scouts                              Kenny Ray Anthony - Pastor
Kevin Gross -  School Board                          Everette Seay -  City Council
Ed Lasaigne - PPD                                          Eirther Seay -  School Board
Dwight Green - PPD                                        Earl Crump - Pastor
Steve Gunn - Pastor                                         Rosezelle Rutley - Pastor
Kenneth Burch - Attorney                              Joseph Brinson - PPD

There are so many more I can't remember, but these are the key figures.  They claim to be doing all of their work for the children of this city.  they claimed to have an agenda that is suppose to bring peace and love to our community, but in reality they are simply crooks and running a racket.  I remember Adrian had something going with Murphy's wife when we did a summer day camp at New Mount Moriah.  Their family was employed there, too.  Pam's brother used our employee discount card and to this day, I've never seen him working there.  Ed's aunt worked Women's and I told you of Jeff Smith's mother in Children's.  Marvin held down the Sporting Goods side. When this guy named Patrick came to work in Sporting Goods, and I discovered his girl friends father was Waterford P.D. I wasn't surprised.  They were heavy into the racket at Sears.

You can say that's a short list, but when you think about it this is Pontiac.  Instead of "Six Degrees of Separation" there are only three.  When you consider family, friends, co-workers and parishioners, you have the entire city covered.  Not to mention the drug dealers and their cousins, girlfriends and family members.  I remember Lenelle Benton's bad ass kids doing Adrian Burns a favor and breaking the windows out of my car.  She had about 12 kids and counting and one of them worked in Men's next to Sporting Goods.  He use to laugh at me, remembering his slight against my car.  When Johnnie's car was parked back there, they would touch it.  Now who has the last laugh.  The Feds may move slowly, but when they move it's in a mighty way.  It doesn't always have to come down with a bang, as long as it does the job.  I could care less how much noise they make.

The Truth About Steve...

Steven C. Wittebort

Not to seem unbiased, but I love Steve.  I have to very careful about what I say about him, because it could lead to serious trouble for him and me.  Since I have written a story about Val Gross and put my brother and the Lee boys pictures in it, when you Goggle Steve, their picture appears with his.  I haven't been through nine yeas of hell to allow that to go on.  Yet, the real people in charge already know who the real drug dealers on the Pontiac Police are.  My brother and his friends have already told them, and it's not Steve Wittebort.  In fact, there is nothing they can do right about now to save themselves from obscurity.  Back in 2002, when my brother took that long ride to Jackson and my charge was upped from "Stalking" to "Aggravated Stalking", there was far too many of them.  When I say "them", I mean the filthy Pontiac Police.  Steve would have been quickly arrested, bound over for trial by Waterman, Brown or Thomas and then shuffled in front of one of their Circuit Court Judges for a "speedy trial" and sent to prison.

My spending four (4) years in prison was truly an escape for him.  Let me add that I knew all along that he wasn't serious about me stalking him.  From the very beginning, I knew that my arrest, conviction and prison stay was all part of a game.  I knew, because of all the strange things that began to happen to me. One of the weirdest being my car radio jumping from 100.3 WNIC to Mix 92.3 and Donell Jones' "You know that I Love You" playing on the radio, whenever I get in the car.  That was the spookiest, and that began a long list of music montages that would saturate my life for the next nine years.  The song goes, "You know that I love you, and that ain't gone change.  Though you're not here with me now, my love for you stays the same...You know that I love you.  Girl your everything to me."  I literally thought I was loosing my mind.  Today, I know that our Federal Government no only "combines the twin concepts of separation of power and checks and balances", but they have technology that exceeds your wildest imagination.  That includes a camera so small it can't be detected in the tiny hole in your ceiling and so powerful that Steve can read what I write from his phone.

Our story, however began 32 years ago in the hall at Webster.  I fell in love with him for the first time in the hallway.  He has the prettiest green eyes I have ever seen in my life.  Not the shape or the size, but the brilliant color.  Now, I know a lot of you will begin to look into them, and that fine. There is nothing wrong with looking as long as you don't touch; Seriously.  Steve beat me up on the playground a couple of days later (how fitting, because he is still beating me up).  We got to high school, and I had matured in to this "super fine" young woman, who was untamed, but lovable.  He carried the torch back then, but I had bigger fish to fry.  After high school, I didn't see Steve until 1995, unlike Val who had tried to infiltrate my brother and nephews drug activities by then.  Steve wasn't  even a cop yet, but was looking to complete his training and seal the deal on his life.  He had landed his dream job, bought a house and was looking to complete the picture with a wife and children; me!!!  I was once again, wrapped into another jerk who wasn't Steve.

I had laughed at him, like the day at his open house in 1988.  Who was this awkward, skinny little man, who wanted my attention?  Then the day came when I was thrown into a dilemma by a co-worker at Sears the second time I went to work there.  She asked me, "When are you going to get married and have some babies?"  It was now 2001, and I was 31 years old.  I told her, I have two men right now.  One that I love (Mark) and the other who loves me (Batey).  One of them is married and the other instead of buying me a house, bought a motorcycle.  I'm waiting for the man who loves me, and who is not married or stupid."  That was my last day at work for a while, because I was going to have toe surgery the next day.  My mother had went out of town and I was home alone, watching The View when it happened.  I saw Steve on the steps in back of the 50th District Courthouse.  I looked at the television closely and said to myself, "That's Steve Wittebort."  Then a smaller voice inside me said, "and he's made detective."  That's when I looked at the ceiling and exclaimed, "Steve Wittebort loves me?"  I was talking to God, and up until now, I haven't said that publicly.  My aunt an ordained minister, told me to never tell a man of science the revelations and mysteries of God, because they do not have the insight to believe or understand.  She has a Master's in nursing, but a understanding of God that is way stronger than any book she has ever read.

When I began to share with her the things that God would show me and tell me on a daily basis, she put that warning out to me.  I listened, and I think that has served me well over the last nine (9) years.  Most mentally ill people have a tendency to turn to God for enlightenment when the voices and things take over their minds.  They become fanatics in their zeal to find an answer for their sickness.  Other than that silent consciousness, I don't hear voices.  Yet in Genesis, Rachel had a similar revelation when she saw Jacob coming towards her in the dunes.  When she looked out she said to herself, "Who is this man who will be my husband?"  She had never met Jacob, but when he met her he fell deeply in love.  Like Steve and I, they had a very rocky beginning and they struggled a lot with outside interference, but in the end they are written in the genealogy of Jesus.

But I must say that it is that revelation, coupled with that first meeting at eight that keeps me alive.  Sometimes, I think that Steve is using me for job recognition and he doesn't really love me like he says he does.  I start to believe that I'm more of a detail for the police than a true partner and mate to him, but then I remember that day.  The day, when I was just a little girl and fell in love with his eyes first.  That feeling inside me that I have never had again with another man in the last 32 years.  I saw him the other day when I was arrested, and that's the first place I set my eyes to see.  Needless to say, I still had that feeling like I was eight again.  That's the way he has reminded me on this long journey that we are meant to be.  He sets his eyes on mine, and the rest of the world just fades away.  I love him so much!

So how does a man keep a woman loving him so much for so long, without sex or roses or anything special in her day?  Well, believe me it ain't easy and he can surely attest to that.  There has been other women; of course.  Although, I'm not allowed to have other men.  In the beginning it was a pen and paper and the radio. A couple of years ago, my mother bought me a laptop.  One day while writing a letter to my brother, the page began to scroll up by itself, and in small letters at the top of the page Steve wrote, "hi lesley".  I erased the message and looked around to see if anyone was watching, and almost started crying.  I thought I had finally gone crazy like everyone had said I was.  But it was only Steve and now he lives in my computer.  He's so overzealous when it comes to me and he just gets on my nerves.  I go to playlist.com and he can run my playlist that we share through my computer.  It's kinda the same thing as when an IT operator takes over your computer to help you fix it.

He implanted a Trojan that allows him to take over my computer if he wants, which is another way he gets on my nerves.  Although I can't stand some of the songs on the playlist, I keep a large variety to understand how he is feeling from day-to-day.  Some songs had to be deleted forever due to their content and the ability to start an argument, for example Flaws and All by Beyonce.  He used that to pick fights the second pay of the month, because he wanted to hang out.  That song by Hoobastank that starts, "I'm sorry that I hurt you, it's something I must live with everyday...I found a reason for me to change who I use to be...and the reason is you."  I'm about to throw up typing it.  So when I remind him of how he tricked me to his house to send me to prison, he has two other options to tell how he feels.  One is Sorry by Buckcherry and the other is Lifehouse's I'll Do Whatever It Takes.  That Hoobastank is just too damn whiny for me and gets on my nerves!

While in prison to stay in the psyche ward away from the bulldaggers, I took Depakote and my hair grew back differently, and when I started perming it when I got back home it fell out.  Paul is going around claiming I'm a crazed stalker, but telling the drug dealers the truth so that I can be harassed.  They follow me through the city anticipating me going to Steve's house, when I don't need to go to Steve's house.  Steve is waiting for me right on my computer when I get home.  Why would I need to see him and get into further trouble, when he's right here?  I can't see him, but he can see me.  Plus, the last time he tricked me, and he won't do that ever again.  I am making no attempts to see or talk to him.  They swear we exchange e-mails, because they wonder how I know what to do and where to go and stuff.  Wouldn't you like to know, some things can't be disclosed.  We might have to use them in the future.

It's funny, Steve and I had only one class together in high school and that was Investigative Paper.  Another ironic twist in our story.  I meet him in heavenly place and I make no apologies for my love, neither do I regret any of the choices that I was forced to make.  This city is almost corruption-free.  No matter what they say at this point, there is nothing they can do to us.  All of the truly dirty people are either dead, been removed or have removed themselves.  Some have turned on their ex-compadres and taken up shop elsewhere or are still here.  Their oldest scheme that is Sears is about to take a huge tumble and the rest will soon be history.

So that's the truth about Steve.  He's my victim, my fiancée and virtual lover.  I was thinking we had to get married immediately to escape his prosecution, but there isn't enough of them left for that to be an issue, and so I can have my wedding.  They are going around asking people what I said, but that is futile, because you can't stop people from saying the things they want.  A Protection Order can't stop people from talking about you, just slandering you, and getting married to me ain't that bad; is it?  Believe me, Steve don't think so, and would be pretty peed if you answered that question.  Love you, too, Baby.  He just played Jim Croce's I'll Have to Say I Love You in A Song.  He knows I'm mad about being alone for Christmas.  Let me end this cause he's on Lost in Love by Air Supply.  I gotta go convince him I'm not leaving him; again! LOL

With the Truth About the PPD's Leaders...

Pontiac Police

Since I got this new case going on with Val Gross a man that's my friends on Facebook has hit me up to tell me his story.  He says that his brother is doing 30 years in prison for nothing.  He says there was a bunch of lies and disgruntled testimony that went down at the trial.  He asked me to tell his story, and I told him that I was more than willing to hear his story.  He hit me back and said, "That's okay, you not going to believe it, anyway."  I proceeded to tell him that he needs to learn how to tell his own story.  He gotta be able to express what he knows in his own words.  I am fortunate and my father was a writer.  He passed along to me the ability to express myself in words both printed and oral.  I do a good job and love it.

I'm not 100% sure if I have it down to a science, because I like to combine street slang with proper English, although I know all the rules, sometimes they just don't apply.  I'm going to do my best all the days of my life to make what I feel known with truth and honesty.  The truth is a wonderful thing, and doesn't cause as much strife as some would believe.  The truth is th end of the tale, but with a lie it seems to continue on.  For example, the truth will be told about Valard Gross, he will be known as a liar.  Even if people already knows that, nobody had a forum to discuss his lies.  There was no place for all the truth about his lying to be heard; not until now.  Clarence Phillips - - RIP, was obviously as crooked as we all thought he was.  Since Val was his Chief, it's pretty safe to say that he was dirty.  He as Mayor of our city was also entwined in the drugs in Pontiac.

I've been holding back on this subject until I was fully aware.  I don't want to be found guilty of Slander, because the truth is what this blog is all about.  I was told a few years ago that Clarence Phillips had occasion to play for the other team.  Since his eldest son has had the same lover since high school, and they even went to college together (for a time), I'm inclined to believe it.  Now the hard part of this is that Val must play sometimes, too.  I'm not going to be vicious, because I have family who have played for the other team at one time or the other, and some who still do.  I know that Paul is bi-sexual, because his ex-girl friend was my best friend.  She told me that he liked men, and that when they broke up he went to live with a man.  He called him his "roommate", but she wasn't going to be fooled by that lie.  It added insult to injury as far as she was concerned, and it was a huge hit to her ego.

I want to remind you that all of this is a mighty blow for me.  I did not see any of this in Val.  Now that I think about it, maybe there were some feminine gestures that could be questioned.  I guess you could dissect any instance or circumstance rightfully once you have been removed from them both physically and emotionally.  As people who have the tendency to see things as we want them to be, and not as they are.  This could cause us to be wrapped in all kinds of relationships and activities that aren't healthy or good for us.  We are creatures of emotions and what feels good, is usually what we feel is good for us.  We tend not to attend to those things that are broken, but rather suppress them with alternative things, such as drugs or alcohol.  So we have a society of broken people without hope.  These people gather together to form groups of people who are broken, and become what's wrong with our society.  It's not a bad thing to be involved with people like you.  Even the Bible warns us of disagreeable and contrary relations.  It's what you do in those groups that will cause people to question your association.

In Pontiac, it seems it's used to breed more of the same kinds of individuals.  Unless you are able to change and be like them, you are kicked out of the loop and forced to live in poverty and shame.  Nobody helps you or tries to give you any support, because your not like them.  In this city, you have to be a drunk, drug addict or homosexual or all three to survive.  If you're smart enough and get a degree, then you can have a very important job that allows you to steal and get high all at the same time.  That's always the case in Pontiac, and I have never seen so many "important" people with fucked up grills (teeth) in my life.  It seems that no one even cares, but welcomes these people into the fold.  Quicker than a person like myself who is drug-free.  Again, you can do drugs, but it's wrong to make employment and feeding your children, contingent on doing them.  And don't get a habit that's out of control, because they will turn their backs on you, until you can "get yourself together" again.

It's safe to say, these people don't mind sending "Innocents" to jail or prison.  They are "Butt Fuckers" and "Lady Lickers", and they don't care if someone else is forced to indulge.  That's why the first thing they did was put me in jail, because that's where they think I would change my mind about women.  Then prison was a sure fire plan that would send me to "the other side".  I was lucky, because their were narcotic cops all across the State, who sent their snitches to take care of me.  Plus, the women from this city and other cities who wanted the chance at parole one day.  I got the chance to be me at all times.  Although I'll never be the same, I have kept my ideas about homosexual sex my own and didn't participate in those activities.  Things like that should be a choice and not forced upon anyone. That especially includes a man, since the act is so forceful and invasive.

When the truth comes out about Val being a liar, many of the men that he helped put away will want to have their cases revisited.  Even the man who murdered my old employee, who Paul McDougal was the detective on his case might be questioned, because Paul is guilty of domestic abuse himself.  Everything these men have ever done as police officers, detectives and Chief will be under the scrutiny of the public and judicial system.  When it is found out that Val lied about our relationship, those people in prison that he testified against 20 years ago, will ask for a new trial.  If his being honest and truthful in any case involving a man or woman still incarcerated, it will all be questioned.  Many will ask for new trials and for their cases to be revisited.  His commitment to drugs, corruption and homosexuality is going to cause him irreparable harm.  All of his stories of realizing he would be Chief as a child will be nothing, and people will see him as the man he really is.  He told Mara McDonald that he was never involved in any kind of "relationship" with me.  That's a lie, and a lie continues as I said before.  It will grow larger than his career.

In years to come, his legacy will permeate this city's history.  He will be the Police Chief who left his office in disgrace and dishonor.  All of this because a loyalty to crime, homosexuality and drugs.  these being all the things a man in his position should detest, or not make it key in decision making.  I know he is sitting at home today wondering, "How in the hell did this thing get so out of my control?"  I'll tell you Val, it's peripheral chicken "coming home to roost."   This is who their leader is this is what our police department is; and that is really a shame.  His pettiness and not wanting to be talked about has made him a into nothing.  A man without a legacy and a man unable to tell the truth...SMH

Val Gross is a Sick Puppy

Valard Gross
Pontiac Chief of Police
News Flash:
I was looking through my blog last night, because I told you it's been blowing up; right?  I went to all the articles in the "source" URL's and clicked on.  I read an article from some Michigan website.  Yeah, people it's all over the State.  This guy had a more flattering picture of me, but he said something I didn't know.  Something that is very crucial to my case pending in court for "Stalking" Chief Gross.  His wife lives at that house I went to!!!  So he sent me to his ex-wife's house?  Nobody in this area reported that, because I guess it would look better if I didn't know where the hell I was that day.  I knew the lady picking weeds from her gutters had told me that Val's wife and son lived there, but I thought she was disgruntled.  I thought she was tired of seeing Val's "dates" coming in and out the house he use to live in with his wife, and that she and the ex-Mrs. Gross had been friend.  Believe me, I didn't have a clue that he didn't live there.  I surely did not know that his ex lived there.  Oh my gosh, I feel so stupid!

I'm on this blog saying that he was trying to get me over to his "Man Cave" to have sex, and that fool had sent me over to his ex-wifes house?  I went over why in my mind, and could only come up with one reason.  That fool was trying to set me up the entire time!  That's why he wanted to meet me at 50th District Court.  He wanted to turn around and make it seem like I am further harassing her by going to her job.  It's safe to say that I haven't been to the courthouse since I've been home.  The police have occasion to be there. I didn't want to go there for anything, not even when my brother was having issues with his State fees.  I was on a tether at the time.  A woman who worked there wanted us to pay another $600 for his fines and fees he had prior to going to prison.

She kept sending my brother letters and stuff, but in an effort for him to stop being able to only get $50 a month, my Mom had paid all those fines and fees.  I don't need to tell you my brother was pissed, a "jail house lawyer" himself, he wanted to file papers to reveal the scam.  Having been a criminal in Pontiac, he knows all the tricks of stealing money in this city, ans he said this was surely one of them.  This woman was working his last nerve.  The Courthouse should go to a "Money Order only Policy".  Keeping track of where they originate from on being cashed.  Because I told you about the banking system, and they still could be cashed.  With Money Orders there would be a paper trail for possible Prosecution.  That would come with a yearly outside audit, thieves hate two things; audits and paper trails.

Then this woman started her campaign to get more money out of us.  My brother wanted me to go see her at the courthouse, but I refused.  I didn't want even a chance meeting with Steve.  I'm not saying that he would want to make it a big deal, but as you can see Pontiac Police are pretty dirty.  We may have been forced into another trial and he knows I am so tired of that.  I stay 1000 ft. away from him or his property or his "hang outs".  Since detectives have to appear in court on a regular basis, I stay away from there, too!!!  When Val told me to meet him at the courthouse, he saw me cringe.  Then he reassured me with an attitude that tried to show that this whole stalking thing was ridiculous, and stated, "They can't stop you from going to the Courthouse!"

I relented and agreed to meet him there that Monday, December 13, 2010.  It was so cold that day and it had snowed all Saturday evening and all day Sunday.  I hadn't moved my car since going to Val's "house" on Saturday afternoon.  It took me a half an hour to clean off my car, and when I had finished I couldn't open my driver's side door.  Once I did get it opened, I couldn't get it closed.  I was so frustrated, I almost went upstairs, got a bucket of hot water and dash it on the whole damn door.  After a few quick prayers it shut.  The Courthouse is just five minutes from my house, and I was still about 10 minutes early for our meeting.

I had gone to the Chief Flye's office to use the phone and after helping the young lady re-tape the Christmas decorations I had torn down with my sweater using the phone, I went back out to ask if the "Chief" had shown up.  The man running the front security desk said, "Yeah, he just went upstairs."  I took to the stairs and looked around.  Val was no where in sight, went back downstairs and asked the guy was he sure he was up there.  He then said, "He's in the jury room."  I went to the jury room, but could only see Bryan Flye and I aksed him if he had seen Val.  He pointed to his ex-wife's courtroom and said he might be in there.  I left him in the jury room and went into her courtroom, but I didn't see Val. (Now I know they call Bryan Flye "Chief", too)

There was a couple sitting in there waiting for court to begin.  It was so bad outside, I'm not sure if his ex was even in the building, because by then it was around 9:15 and she hadn't started court.  I asked the couple if they had seen Val and they shrugged, I looked towards her office, but didn't think it would be wise.  I'm always uncomfortable around her, and I don't think she even knows who I am.  I know who she is, and I feel a bit guilty about what happened 20 years ago.  I don't like to date married men and have never been in a real relationship with one.  My childhood, I believe, was ruined by those kinds of slight towards another woman.  I don't ever see a cause to be with a man who has chosen to align himself with another.  If he is on her side, then who is on mine?  Half a man will never do!

Now, this man is either thinks he is smarter than most or he is just plain crazy.  When I spoke with him at Oakland County, I can remember him keeping his hands in his pocket, but maybe he didn't where a ring that day at all.  I swear I don't remember why I didn't see his wedding band.  When I showed up at Night Riders, he pointed to his wife.  I was shocked and exclaimed, "You got married; again!"  He told me he had, and you could have knocked me over with a feather.  So what the fuck he send me to his ex-wife's house for?  Moreover, why did he want to meet at the Courthouse?  I tell you why, he's trying to set me up for "Stalking" him.  I have exhausted every other venue in this city trying to stop Paul McDougal from ruining my life.

I've made formal complaints to City Council members Lee Jones, Kermit Williams and Patrice Waterman.  I have written letters to the State of Michigan Police, as well as go to the McNamara building and talk to the FBI.  He knew if we kept running into one another at those County Commissioner Meetings I would eventually approach him about Paul.  We had talked about the case with Steve back when I was awaiting trial for that case.  He knew that I would approach him with the Paul thing, and he had devised a plan to get out of it.  I hear in the street that Paul is his last drug dealing detective.  If he's removed, they wouldn't fill his spot, and he would be lacking the biggest part of his racket, because the detectives are the ones with the most freedom to move around the city all day, plus they have the privilege of what's going on with investigations and stuff.  Nah, he don't want to get rid of Paul.

He was never planning to do anything to Paul, but his only plan was accuse me of "Stalking" him.  I think this has always been his plan.  He was going to send me on "wild goose chases" that would ultimately seem like I was following or harassing him.  This would kill two birds with one stone, first it would defer all the attention from Paul's abusive past and two he could do what Steve did eight (8) years ago.  He would accuse me of "Stalking", win and his "relationship" with me 20 years ago would be a non-factor.  After my conviction, he wouldn't have to do anything with Paul.  Since the Emergency Financial Manager isn't allowing Juckowski to pick his own team Val would be free to continue his drug dealing activities in the city.

Lord, these people are so dirty.  I'm inclined to believe my friend on Facebook the other day.  I bet there are hundreds of people in prison right now due to the crooked ass Pontiac Police, Judges and Prosecutors.  I told you about how they harassed Stanley Burkett and he had one of the ex-Council Members daughters in the car with him.  This ex-Councilman was convicted of stealing from the City of Pontiac.  Now how does a thief get caught stealing amongst a whole bunch of thieves.  Remember, "There is no honor amongst thieves" and chances are they threw him under the bus.  But look at John Bueno, he got out of politics only after his son was caught stealing from the city.  What do they say?  "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree."

Val is sick, and if I was his ex-wife, I'd sue him for "Reckless Endangerment" or something.  I was never going to hurt her, harass her or cuss at her.  It's safe to say that Val knew that, too, or he would have never sent me to her door and to her job.  But I wonder if she is puzzled or in dismay at his blatant disregard for her home and her privacy.  He's mad at her though, because she left his sorry ass.  She left him and went on to become a Judge and receive honors she would never get while she was with him, because he would run her down.  If you believe what I'm saying, he cheated on her from the very beginning of their relationship, and probably wasn't faithful during their dating, boyfriend/girlfriend or engagement stages.  Man, I hate to say I feel sorry for her; but I do.  I also respect her for making a good choice and leaving him.  But this man is so cruel and evil he is still on the fast track to trying to cause her embarrassment and shame.  What if she would have answered that door that afternoon and not their son?  SMH

This from a man who has sworn to protect and serve.  I'm sure he will continue to try to lie, but he ain't Steve and like I said, he's a dirty cop.  He's the top cop and the dirtiest cop, too.  How could he do that to her?  Why would he do that to her?  He is just mad that she is doing so well without him.  Man, I can't go around her, but I want to tell her that I am so sorry.  I'm sorry for now and 20 years ago.  One day, however, she will find someone who knows that value of commitment and trust.  He will love her, protect her and give her the peace she needs in the midst of every storm.  Val is too selfish to do this, and he's as low as they come.  Now his son might be made to testify in a trumped up case that he has created to continue his illegal activities as Chief of Police.

Question:  Is anything sacred to Val Gross?

Has he really just sold his soul to the devil.  Is he really that evil, cruel and manipulative that he doesn't even regard his own family in his games?  Man, this is too deep for me.  Let me remind you that it was his son who directed me to the Night Riders that afternoon.  Being a cop's kid and the son of a former Prosecutor, do you really think he would have done that if he saw me as a threat?  Do you think he would send me to where his father was if he thought I would harm him, or be at his door to possibly harm his mother?  I don't have to tell you how boys feel about their mother's.  With all that Val has put her though in his extra marital activities, I think he is very protective of his Mom.  Val Gross needs to be fired, or needs to resign.  He doesn't care about anyone, but himself!  Wow, I'm no speechless, and that ain't an easy feat. Val Gross and My Drug Dealing Family

What Chief Val Gross Wanted 20 Years Ago

These two men are my brother and nephew.  They are both incarcerated in the Michigan Department of Corrections for Conspiracy to sell or distribute 650 grams of Heroine or Cocaine.  Back when Val was buying me roses and kissing me on the lips, these two were petty drug dealers in Pontiac.  Louise on the left, however had made a name for himself as a drug dealing Superstar!  He has been in and out of prison since he was a child.  My father was drug dealer and my brother and Louise was making fast tracks in the city of Pontiac.  Louise loved to be "locked up", though.  I can say that he is truly institutionalized and would go back and forth to jail; a lot.  When he was gone, my brother would get his drugs from a guy we grew up with Rodrick "Boo" Lee.  Boo wanted my brother to become a Captain in his organization even back when he was 19 and 20.  My brother and I were very close, and we talked about a lot of things and that includes Val Gross.  My brother never wanted to work for Boo like that, because he was "scurvy" (ghetto slang for sneaky).  But my nephew was born in 1994, and Loise was off in jail and my brother needed to get money.  He want to be able to take care of his son.  Shortly after a fight with his then girl friend and "Baby Momma" where she kicked him out for what he swore was the last time, he joined the "Lee Boys" and became a top man in the organization.

This was an easy task for my brother to accomplish, because it takes time to build a relationship with a dealer as big as Boo.  Years of trial and error and handling weight, but giving back to the "Boss" his fair share at the end of the week.  Johnny had grew up just around the corner from the Lee's on Raeburn in Pontiac.  My father a retired Drug Lord himself (RIP) had taught Boo, Nate and Paul (Samples--RIP) how to deal their drugs.  He had a long time relationship with The Gracey Family and Raymond Sain (Uncle Raymond--RIP).  This got them their start in the game in Pontiac.  So my brother was a Legacy, so to speak and he was one of the best.  I know all of his soldiers and stuff.  Unlike my brother, they are still around and in the last day or so, they have shown themselves to me as true.  They won't let Val take me down in a haze of PPD Bullshit!

So when my brother got indicted, they wanted to know who in the PPD was helping them deal their drugs.  Louise was real volatile being re-arrested and going to jail constantly.  He developed a snitching scenario years before 1998, and didn't have a faithful PPD following.  He caused too much trouble with his antics, too.  One time sticking his feet out and tripping an Oakland County Prosecutor during a court appearance.  Val wanted a part of it, however, and that's why his advances towards me.  My father who had been indicted, too, in 1982 was a Federal Informant.  We never knew it, but it makes sense now.  He was caught dealing thousands and thousands of drugs by an undercover cop, "Who did more drugs than I (he) did."  He still only did 18 months in jail, not prison for child support.  Check the record, Johnnie Leroy Stanley Sr. has no drug convictions in the state of Michigan.  Thanks to the Graceys and my "Uncle Raymond" no harm ever came his way.  My father stayed up nights helping Raymond Sain pass his police exam and greased palms to get him in.  My grandmother had owned the Balken Building upon Wesson, back during Pontiac's "Glory Days" of GM and stuff.  My Uncle ran "The Green Door" a gambling and after hours drinking drugs and plenty of women, beneath my grandmother's club.  My family has always been in organized crime.  Getting Raymond out of the plant and on "The Force" would be a very lucrative deal for my family and it did pan out for all my father's drug career.  Up until he started working for the Feds and getting a time cut.

So in 1991 when I picked up the phone to call Steve, I ruined his life.  The crooked PPD was waiting on the phone tap to get him.  Everything he had worked for was now on the line.  He was not crooked, but my becoming a part of his life at that time was critical.  He had just made detective and the crooked police "thigh high" in drug money was not having him noseying around in their drug dealing and stuff.  They were going to use our relationship to call him a drug dealing cop.  My brother was about to go up for 30 years, and I was an Innocent.  I loved these two men; dearly.  One guilty and one not, and both refused to turn on the group that they belonged, too.  Johnny refused to turn on his fellow dealers and Steve couldn't turn on the crooked PPD.  With Waterman and Brown and Thomas (Paul Samples' cousin) at the bench they had the ability to bound him over for dealing drugs.  They all had to recused themselves from my brother's case, because they all knew my father - - Big Surprise.  Steve was going down and so was my brother.  Both their asses turned on me and we sat out to rid Pontiac of the filthy PPD.  It has been over nine (9) years, but it has been worth it.

I had to take a bogus "Stalking" charge and go to prison, but I've made it out.  I had to live with the mentally impaired to stay away from the bulldaggers.  I had to put up with Paul McDougals constant character assassinations and interference in my life, but I made it.  Now Val has brought some "trumped up" "Stalking" charges against me, and I want to know who does he think he is; Steve???  I'm not doing a day in prison for you.  You and Paul are the only two left.  Everything you do to try and escape it, will only dig a deeper ditch than you can climb your way out of.  It's over!  You can't prove I'm stalking you, because I'm not.  I love Steve and have for the last nine (9) years, and the FBI has made it so that I haven't been without him for the last nine (9) years.  But you know that, but you're "grasping at straws".  My brother told me back when you were bring me flowers not to "fuck with you".  He said you were crooked and a drug addict.  even if my feelings for you put all of that on the "back burner" for me.

I'm taking a case for you, and just like Steve, you don't have a case.  He is far more of a man than you will ever be.  Stanley Burkett can attest to his dirtiness. but they made him a felon.  Chasing him around the streets of Pontiac, because he was having their bullying.  He was even going with Val's cousin and she had his son, and Val couldn't even stop from breaking her heart.  All of us who don't cooperate fully with their agenda are subject to their wrath.  Including my brother and his co-defendants that include Demar "Peanut" Garvey.  Val and Bryan raided his house and tried to throw a case on Stanley, because his car was in thee driveway.  With Brown and Waterman on the bench, all they had to do is give a nod and they had thousands of dollars coming in at a time.  I remember Stanley called me back after his arrest and said, "I'm scared Lesley, they might kill me or something."  Not the other dealers, because Pontiac dealers aren't that vicious.  He was scared of the Pontiac Police!

My brother has never given a lick of testimony on one drug dealer in Pontiac.  He didn't have to, because the FBI was far more interested in the PPD than any drug dealer in this city.  You can take that to the bank!  Steve sent me to prison and never turned on the police who is his "brothers".  They chopped off their own arms, legs and fingers.  It's just about over, ans my so-called "Stalking" of Val Gross is the culmination of the last 10 years of my life without my best friend, Li'l Johnnie.  My brother and confidant, because we might both be convicted felons, but there aren't anymore crooked PPD running the streets.  Val Gross is "surrounded by enemies."  He has nothing or no one, and is hanging on by a string.  It would be ideal, if I did something stupid like visit his house again, call him at the Pontiac Police Department, but again; who does he think he is.  Surely, he doesn't think he is Steve!  Surely he doesn't believe that me, a drug-free, attractive and inteeligent woman is going to be foolish enough to do time for a crooked Police Chief.  Let me help you out Val, you are not Steve!  You can harass everybody you see me with, send my Landlords water bill through the roof and harass my niece at college, but the FBI is watching your every move.  After they heard you tell me to meet you at your "Man Cave" they exposed you for the man that you are.  the man who up until last Friday I didn't believe you were.

I thought you would be smart enough to go to the other side, after I came back healthy, not a dyke and still taking 'em out with a vengeance.  Now it's your turn, and I'm more than happy to oblige.  I feel like Steven Segal (Steve's favorite actor) at the end of Hard to Kill.  It's the very last person you would ever expect who is the true villain.  My feelings for Val back 20 years ago didn't allow me to hear my brother's words at all.  He still hasn't said, "I told yo so" when he calls, because he did tell me.  He told me a lot of things, and most of them are true.  Most of the people I talk about here are dead.  Judge Brown is the only one that I regret outting, but he don't care he's a fighting "old goat".  He is going to tell everybody to kiss his ass, because he did what he did and he did it his way.  It's ironic though, because our courthouse is named for Waterman and a statue of Brown is suppose to go up there.  That Egyptian Rites guy is a little "touched" in my opinion and is probably lying about a statue.  Just like he said that he and his organization would give the city $500k every year for 3 years.  Yeah right!

My brother and co-defendants are doing their time.  Louise will be getting out soon, and hopefully for all my suffering my brother will, too.  Mester dropped his case anyway, because my brother had never even got a ticket.  Unlike Lou, he didn't have any record.  I'm going to say this and I'm done.  I have done it.  I have saved the lives of the two men I love more than any two men on this earth.  Nothing is more gratifying than that, even when I think of all the things I've been through to get there.  Tey say that "Love suffers long" and they also say it "Doesn't seek it's own".  I could leave Steve to be devoured by the crooked police of Pontiac, and I took a four (4) year sentence because of it.  Val you are not the man Steve is and I won't be doing the same for your drug dealing and conniving ass.  See you on the 6th, 2011.
