Sex and the Oakland County Jail

As you know I am an ex jailbird.  I have been in Oakland County Jail several times.  Twice, before my case and three times during it.  The first two times a stayed for a night, but the times during my case, I was there for substantially periods of time.  After reading about a woman whose cell door was opened, in order for her to have sex with an Oakland County Deputy I believed it.  The idea that the witness, a woman who has been involved in another one of these cases proves it for me.  I want to pose a question to you.  If an inmate is known to make false allegations against a Deputy, how do you think they would treat her?  Do you believe that she would ever get the chance to make another false allegation again?  She obviously is a regular in the system.  They probably knows who she is, because she is in and out of there on a regular bases.  For the Oakland County Jail, these kind of inmates are like the homeless at your local homeless shelter.  They are what life has thrown away, and they look to people like you to have a semblance of a family.

They come into the pod, calling the Deputies by name, get special favors and go from being a regular inmate to a Trustee in no time.  The reason having sex with inmates is considered a crime, is the same reason adults are accused of "Statutory Rape" for having sex with minors.  You are the responsible for that persons safety, well-being and can't abuse the control you have over them.  With Deputies it's the direct control they have over their bodies that they get paid for.  With an adult it's the maturity and moral responsibilities that come into play, but for me its the same concept.  You can't take advantage of those you have control over.  If it's maturity or your job, you will be subject to a criminal case.

I know that who you bunk with is always key.  For me, it was who had the greatest chance of making me have homosexual sex, who would seem to be more compatible with one another or believe it or not cause confusion with an inmate you don't like.  Snitching is also another reason you are paired with women or men in Oakland County Jail.  Many have no idea that those intercom systems they use to call you to court, can also be used to listen in on an inmates conversation.  With all of this said, it's only fitting that if a Deputy was or wanted to have sex with an inmate, he would place a woman who had already accused a Deputy of sexual misconduct in a cell with his "trick".

It can also not be hard to believe that these women are giving these favors.  Most of them come off the street from giving the same type of favors for money and drugs.  To have the chance to be a Trustee, get extra food or a portion of their lunch from McDonald's, Burger King or some local restaurant they frequent.  In Medium, where the girls are mostly young women, they would give many of those Deps (as we call them) sex for nothing.  I don't have to tell you that some of them are fine.  Since Bouchard has his "Jail First" rule, they are young and fine.  Some of them the same age as these you girls.  Some of them have hung out with them at the clubs and bars, before they become Deps.  Even after they are released they can run into these young men, providing body guard services or working the door at a local night club.  Wild nights can often turn  into jail stays, and they can find themselves at work with an old flame or sex partner.  If the young woman was good and had skills the temptation may be more than they can stand.

Oakland County is an organization like many in America.  There isn't too much of it that is different from any other business.  Most people cheat on their spouses from 9-5.  If your man or woman is cheating, chances are they met them at work.  So much sex happens at the work place, and Oakland County is no different.  If they are allowing the women in jail to have sex with one another, why would you think that they aren't participating themselves?  Huh?  Come on, all those Deps look out for one another, and those who don't work another shift, on a different day!  If they don't like one another, it's like the Clash of Titans.  So one of two things happened here, either they put that woman who had made accusations in there, because they wanted him to get caught or get away with it.  Somebody knew what he was doing and somebody wanted him to get away with (if he got caught) or wanted him to get caught doing it.  I can not stress the conflicts with personalities amongst law enforcement.  They are all a part of the "Brotherhood", but in their own circles the dirt can run deep.  You know how callous they can be to us, but if they were fighting with one another and the conflict kept escalating.  Something like this would be a perfect end result.

When cops turn on one another, job loss is the ultimate move.  That woman in that room was just too hocky for me.  Knowing that Deps who have worked in that jail for longer than two years are either, very inadequate or gay.  The women married or not participate in homosexual sex with the inmates and encourage those activities.  I recall one day getting a lecture from a very popular female Dep, whose husband at the time was a Sergeant with Oakland County, gave a long speech.  The subject of the speech:  "Gay for the stay".  This is exactly what it means.  She was trying to convince me and others that we could have homosexual sex while in jail.  When we get out, however, we could act like we weren't bi-sexual, unless we came back to jail and then it was on; again.  I listened, knowing her husband knew that I knew he was a thief who stole fire arms from his ex-employer and sold them on the black market, in flea markets and trade shows.

After her touching speech on jailhouse sexual activities, I was taken out of my cell with a nice woman who was a regular, but nice.  I was then thrown in with Bertha, and you know who Bertha is.  She's the biggest baddest bulldyke of all time.  She is not only a regular, but a good friend to all the officers on the street.  Good for favors across the board.  Of course, with her harassment and the speech they thought I was going to be geared up for a homosexual affair.  Needless to say I was not, and on my last stand, I went out to the Dep's station to tell what was going on in my cell, "low and behold".  It was Scott sitting there listening, and I looked at him, because he was now bald, and said, "Scott what are you doing here?"  He got up and ran behind the desk into a bathroom.  I leaned over to see where he was going and what he was doing, but his fellow Dep told me to go back in.  His wife had set it up with the speech that morning, and he was sitting there seeing if her words had any affect on me.  I guess they had worked it all out.  Maybe they didn't know I was going to found guilty and nothing I ever said again would count for anything.

This is where I first began to realize that gay people get married to other gay people.  A man who is bi-sexual will more than likely will marry a woman who is the same way.  This way there is an understanding.  I also began to see the trend in sexual components of jail.  Most if not all the people in charge of these women weren't only gay or bi-sexual themselves, but made a safe haven for those having that kind of sex to feel comfortable.  I don't care about that, but what I do mind is how they participate in "turning out" people who were never involved in homosexual sex until they got to jail.  Placing young men and women in cells with "Big Bertha" or a huge man who will harass you, make you sleep deprived, while they sleep all day.  A friend who I will leave nameless said that he had that experience, but wasn't as lucky as me.  Instead, he had "the runs" for days.  He said the Deps walked past every morning smiling to see if he had turned.  All alone he was trapped in his own hell, with the very people who were supposed to protect him at the center of his misery.

When a parent gets a call from their child that they are in jail and say, "Let them stay in there.  That's what they get!"  Have no idea what you are sanctioning them to.  To those who want to help and allow their child to call and talk on a regular bases, although they talk and they sound okay, they could be in misery.  Nobody wants to tell their mother or father they are being harassed by a big fag.  Most of them have no idea that the Deputies are behind their misery a lot of the times.  So when I hear a Dep has allegedly received oral sex from an inmate is no shock to me.  Those blind spots in the pods and those doors being able to be unlocked mysteriously as they are; we never know who is doing what.  So for a person known, and believe me they know her, for accusing a Dep in the room with a "trick" is no accident.  What we need to try and understand is what it means.  Does it mean someone wants to bring attention to the problem or is somebody in BIG trouble?  Stay tuned!!!
